Terms & Conditions — Paustik Poornaahar

Effective date: 5 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the Paustik Poornaahar mobile application and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Our role

Paustik Poornaahar is a marketplace that connects you with independent restaurants, cloud kitchens and delivery partners. We facilitate ordering, payment and delivery. Food is prepared by the restaurants, who are responsible for its quality and compliance with food-safety rules. Delivery is performed by us or by independent delivery partners.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and OTP codes confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to place orders that include age-restricted products, where applicable.
  • You may delete your account at any time via the app or at paushtikpoornaahar.com/delete-account.

3. Orders, prices and payments

  • Prices, taxes, delivery fees and offers are shown before you confirm an order. Restaurants may change prices and availability at any time; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you or refund the affected amount.
  • Payments are processed by our payment providers. We accept cash on delivery where offered, and online methods shown at checkout.
  • Refunds for cancelled, undelivered or incorrect orders follow our refund policy and are returned using the original payment method or your in-app wallet.
  • Wallet credit and promotional vouchers are valid according to their stated conditions, have no cash value and may be revoked in cases of abuse.

4. Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please ensure the address and contact details are correct; we may cancel and refund orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect details or an unreachable customer.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the Service: no fraud, payment abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, interference with the app or servers, or harassment of restaurants, delivery partners or our staff.
  • Reviews must be genuine and lawful. We may remove content that is illegal, offensive or misleading and may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these rules.

6. Subscriptions and promotional campaigns

If you purchase a subscription or join a campaign, the specific plan terms shown at purchase apply, including renewal, cancellation and benefit conditions. Cancellation stops future renewals; already-paid periods are not refunded unless required by law.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, software and design of the Service belong to Paustik Poornaahar or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove features and may suspend the Service for maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, abuse the Service or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time; sections that by their nature should survive (payments due, liability, governing law) survive termination.

10. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered seat of Paustik Poornaahar, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. Questions: support@paushtikpoornaahar.com or our contact page.
